We’ve Moved!
(down the street)
Over the course of 2015, we came to the realization that our organization had outgrown its space at 1351 Officers’ Row in Vancouver, Washington. We’re excited to share that after 25 years, we’re spreading our wings and moving our main office. That we find ourselves with more staff and more projects than ever before is a wonderful reflection on the success of our efforts and on the support of our local community. A larger office space will accommodate more meaningful conservation and stewardship projects as we enter the next phase in our organization’s development.
We haven’t gone very far. We’ve moved about half a mile up Officers’ Row to 850 Officers’ Row, the large office known until recently as the Windermere Real Estate building. For most of our staff and visitors, very little will change.
Moving forward, please update your records with our new address. You’ll notice that only our street number has changed. We’re keeping our phone line and extensions.
850 Officers’ Row
Vancouver, WA 98661
We at Columbia Land Trust have had the joy and the privilege of working on historic Fort Vancouver’s Officers’ Row since our inception. It’s a remarkable oasis of green space that affords our staff sweeping views of the Columbia River and Mount Hood, not to mention some of the best walking and running routes around. In our 25 years, we’ve documented more than 60 species of birds just outside our office windows, from scarlet tanagers to varied thrushes to bald eagles. Fort Vancouver offers daily reminders that we’re part of a rich history, a vibrant community here in Clark County, and an incredible region defined by the waters and lands of the Lower Columbia River basin.
