Wild Splendor 2019 Recap
Northwest conservationists rallied for Wild Splendor 2019, raising more than $400,000 for critical conservation and restoration work.
Columbia Land Trust and more than 300 supporters form across the lower Columbia River region celebrated the place we call home at this year’s annual gala and fundraising event, Wild Splendor. Attendees rallied together, raising more than $400,000 in support of nature in the Northwest. We enjoyed an exhilarating live auction, shared a hearty meal, and premiered our new film, Meander: Restoring Wildboy Creek, which we’ll be releasing broadly later this fall (stay tuned!). Thank you to everyone who made it out to share a special evening.
We offer our sincere gratitude to our emcee Laura Guderyahn, natural resource ecologist for the City of Portland; our talented auctioneer Johnna Wells; guest speaker Peter Barber, ecologist with the Cowlitz Indian Tribe; and Tanna Engdahl, spiritual leader with the Cowlitz Indian Tribe and the leading voice of the evening’s film. Finally, thank you to our many volunteers, staff, and Board of Directors, who all make our work possible.

If you were unable to attend Wild Splendor but would like to support our upcoming and ongoing conservation projects, you can make a gift today, and tag #FearlessNature to the people, places, and wildlife that inspire you.
